In this role, you will design, build and industrialise production-grade AI and GenAI solutions across different business domains. Moreover, you will take technical ownership for selected AI initiatives, from problem framing and architecture to implementation, evaluation and productive rollout.

You will build scalable AI systems, including model integration, orchestration, retrieval, evaluation, monitoring, guardrails and deployment. Furthermore, you will challenge existing solution approaches and bring external state-of-the-art AI engineering know‑how into the organisation.

You will also define reusable engineering patterns, technical standards and best practices for AI solutions. Finally, you will support less experienced engineers through technical guidance, code reviews and hands‑on enablement. What should you bring along?

University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or a comparable technical field. At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with strong hands‑on Python skills.

At least 3 years of practical experience in building and industrializing AI, GenAI or ML‑based systems in production or production‑like environments. Ability to take technical ownership in ambiguous situations and translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions. What do we offer?
