You will work closely with data, platform, DevOps, and security teams to design scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & Architecture Define and drive the organisation’s AI strategy and roadmap Design end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI architectures Evaluate and select AI platforms, frameworks, and tools Design agentic workflows, tool-use patterns, and multi-agent systems where applicable Governance & Compliance Establish AI governance standards and responsible AI practices Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance requirements Maintain architecture documentation and controls aligned with enterprise standards Technical Leadership & Delivery Lead AI solution delivery across engineering, data, DevOps, and security teams Define technical requirements and oversee integration with enterprise banking systems Optimise model performance, data pipelines, and system reliability Develop testing strategies for LLM/agent behaviour, including safety, robustness, and regression testing Business Engagement & Innovation Identify high-value AI use cases with business stakeholders Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Communicate insights, results, and recommendations to senior stakeholders Lead PoCs and pilot initiatives across GenAI and ML Track emerging AI trends and propose innovation opportunities Mandatory Skills & Experience 7–10 years in IT with 4–5+ years in AI/ML or Applied AI Proven experience delivering production AI systems with measurable business impact Strong background in enterprise AI architecture Experience in financial services, automotive, or telecom environments Strong proficiency in Python (OOP, SOLID principles, data structures & algorithms) Hands‑on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX Experience building LLM‑powered applications and agentic systems Experience with orchestration frameworks (e.g.

In this role, you will define and deliver enterprise-grade AI strategy, architecture, and GenAI solutions, helping shape the next generation of intelligent systems across a complex regulated environment.
