Knowledge‑sharing sessions with the Dreamix team. Team and company events to build connections. In this role, you’ll connect business goals with actionable AI solutions, driving predictive and data‑driven improvements across the support lifecycle.
Own the design and delivery of AI features for reactive, proactive, and predictive customer support across all products. Analyze customer issue and risk trends to embed predictive and preventative AI into support workflows. Lead end‑to‑end AI solution development, from concept and prototyping through scaling to production.
Keep pace with emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and compliance. Serve as a mentor within a network of AI and technical experts, promoting best practices and driving adoption.
Qualifications 8+ years in technical architecture, software engineering, or data science, specializing in advanced technology deployment. Deep expertise in AI, data science, and automation, with a proven record of deploying and sustaining production models.
Hands‑on experience scaling AI within customer support, service operations, or customer success environments. Skilled at linking business objectives to AI implementation, refining usage to optimize support and transformation outcomes.
Ability to spot AI‑driven innovation opportunities, rapidly prototype next‑gen solutions, and deliver measurable business impact. Flexible hours to maintain work‑life balance.
