Responsibilities
Sustainably shape strategic, innovative AI and data solutions across the entire value chain
Continuously analyze trends and developments in AI and data and translate them into the technology strategies of HICO and our clients
Establish/expand an AI center of excellence and promote an innovation culture and AI competency across the company
Requirements
Several years of experience as a consultant in sales/pre‑sales
Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience in AI, machine learning and generative models, including practical application of AI models and algorithms such as OpenAI
University degree (Data Science, Business Informatics or equivalent)
Programming skills in Python, Java, C#, Node.js or a similar language
At least one year of experience developing AI strategies and solutions
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Very good German and English skills (at least B2+/C1)
Residence in southern Germany or willingness to relocate to southern Germany
