What you’ll do Data-Driven Product Improvement: Analyze usage patterns, performance bottlenecks, and feature adoption to guide product roadmaps and engineering priorities. Customer Insights: Develop models and dashboards that surface actionable insights for customers, enabling them to maximize the value of our platform.

Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics: Build and deploy ML models to forecast usage trends, detect anomalies, and recommend optimizations. Scalable Data Solutions: Design and implement robust pipelines, ETL processes, and data architectures to support real-time analytics.

What you bring University degree in computer science, physics, mathematics or related areas Analytical skills, ability to work on complex problems and to do the conceptual work Good programming skills Strong background in statistical analysis Experience with data visualization and dashboarding.
