About the Role
We are looking for a talented and innovative AI Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI models and applications that solve real-world challenges. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to create intelligent systems that add measurable value to the organization and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include building and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models, developing APIs, integrating AI solutions into production environments, and continuously monitoring and improving model performance. Staying up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, ensuring ethical AI practices, and maintaining thorough documentation are also key aspects of the role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, are essential, along with hands-on experience using AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras. A solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or generative AI is highly valued. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as knowledge of REST APIs and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes, would be a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
We especially welcome candidates with experience working on large language models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics. Exposure to MLOps tools and practices and contributions to open-source AI projects or research papers are also desirable.
