As an AI Developer, you will design and develop intelligent applications, AI agents, and copilots that solve real business challenges and create measurable impact. What You'll Do Design and develop AI agents, copilots, and autonomous workflows Build LLM-powered applications using RAG, APIs, embeddings, and vector databases Create scalable end-to-end AI solutions from development to production Apply MLOps/LLMOps best practices to ensure reliable and high-performing systems Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver innovative AI use cases Stay at the forefront of Generative AI and Agentic AI advancements What You'll Bring 3-5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering Strong Python programming skills Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and AI application development Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or similar Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and modern data architectures Strong problem-solving and communication skills Fluent English; German is a plus
