Embraces in-person collaborations (whiteboard sessions, anti-fragile discussions to reach team clarity) Collaborate across distributed teams to design, build, and iterate on innovative AI solutions from concept to production Champion a culture of curiosity, resilience, and continuous learning Communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, with an emphasis on over communication Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing Show enthusiasm for the advancement of agentic and decentralized AI systems Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional-level experience with Python and TypeScript (required) Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Google ADK (preferred) Experience with containerization and Docker (preferred) Familiarity with chain-of-thought prompting, in-context learning, or multi-agent pipelines Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS (preferred) Experience with React (nice to have) Familiarity with MCP and A2A (nice to have) Experience fine-tuning Computer Vision models (nice to have) Benefits Competitive Compensation & Meaningful Equity: We value talent and back it with fair, founder-level alignment.

Overview We are seeking a passionate and proactive AI/GenAI Engineer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join us at a pivotal moment. We are also open to talented individuals who are driven, curious, and of high character, and can showcase prolific contributions to open-source or personal projects.

You’ll own a real stake in the company’s future. High-Impact, High-Ownership Role: You won’t be a cog in the machine. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end and help shape the core of our AI stack and company direction. Build What Doesn’t Exist (Yet): We’re working on first-principle AI infrastructure that doesn’t exist elsewhere.
