This role offers end-to-end ownership across the AI development lifecycle, from problem definition and model implementation to deployment and monitoring. You'll contribute to scalable cloud-based solutions while leveraging the latest AI development tools to accelerate innovation.

Accountabilities Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and other machine learning techniques.

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features, including problem definition, data preparation, model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Build and maintain scalable AI pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model inference, and application integration.

Integrate AI capabilities into cloud-based infrastructure while ensuring performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Identify new opportunities where AI can optimize workflows, enhance products, and generate measurable business impact.

Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, including at least 1 year focused on AI or machine learning engineering. Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based applications or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions in production environments.

Practical experience integrating AI solutions into cloud platforms, preferably AWS, with an understanding of scalable distributed systems. Solid knowledge of database technologies, data processing, algorithm design, statistics, and machine learning fundamentals.

Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar within professional engineering workflows. Familiarity with MLOps concepts, vector databases, semantic search technologies, and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or equivalent is an advantage.
