Задачи:

• Design and build automation and infrastructure tools that eliminate repetitive work across accounting and advisory workflows

• Translate complex accounting, tax, and advisory processes into scalable, AI-powered software solutions

• Integrate systems and data across multiple partner firms to create a coherent, unified platform experience

• Collaborate closely with founders, domain advisors, and product teams to ship high-impact features quickly

• Contribute to shaping the technical architecture for speed, reliability, and long-term scale

Требования:

• 3+ Years of experience applying AI in real-world, production contexts, ideally in regulated industries such as finance, legal, tax, or healthcare

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python, with the ability to ship clean, pragmatic code in both

• Demonstrated experience building AI-powered automation that meaningfully accelerates real work, not just prototypes

• Solid computer science fundamentals and an instinct for clean, maintainable engineering

• Genuine interest in business operations, accounting, finance, and process optimisation

• Nice to have: German language proficiency at a professional or native level, familiarity with German tax advisory workflows or DATEV, experience at a consulting firm, fintech, or professional-services technology company
