AI Engineer

ppFor our client in Zurich, we are looking for an bAI Engineer /b. /ppIn this project, you will support multiple engineering teams in migrating their applications to a new identity and authentication platform.

You will build reusable AI capabilities, automation solutions, and engineering best practices that accelerate the migration while enabling teams to adopt AI effectively and sustainably. /ph3Your Responsabilities: /h3ulliDevelop reusable AI capabilities that support multiple teams migrating applications to a new identity and authentication platform /liliDesign and implement AI-powered tools and automation solutions for configuration analysis and migration activities /liliBuild rapid proofs of concept and prototypes to validate use cases and demonstrate business value early /liliTransform successful prototypes into reusable, maintainable components, APIs, and automation frameworks /liliDefine AI architecture, standards, guardrails, and best practices for AI-augmented software development /liliMentor and support engineering teams in adopting AI-driven development practices and modern

tooling /liliPrepare and deliver training sessions, workshops, and enablement activities related to AI technologies and methodologies /liliCollaborate closely with infrastructure, platform, and DevOps engineers to build data pipelines, AI agents, and automation workflows /li /ulh3Your Profile: /h3ulliHands-on experience with bLLMs and Generative AI /b, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), structured extraction, tool/function calling, and agentic workflows /liliProven track record of building bAI-powered automation solutions, agents, or workflows /b within large-scale projects and enterprise environments /liliStrong practical experience with bGitHub Copilot /b and similar AI-assisted software development tools /liliSolid software engineering background with the ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable solutions /liliExperience in bDevOps and automation

engineering /b, working closely with infrastructure and platform teams /liliStrong understanding of data pipelines and the ability to translate complex expert knowledge into AI-enabled solutions /liliExcellent communication, consulting, and mentoring skills, with experience introducing new tools, technologies, and ways of working /liliPragmatic, hands-on, and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities /liliFluency in English /li /ulh3Nice to have: /h3ulliExposure to Identity and Access Management technologies such as bOAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML /b /liliExperience with platform migration programs and large-scale application modernization initiatives /liliKnowledge of AI governance, quality gates, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for AI-based systems /liliExperience delivering technical training, workshops, and enablement
