AI Engineer

ppMaredan is building the AI infrastructure layer for wealth management. /p pOur platform brings agentic AI into the workflows of private banks, independent asset managers and banking software providers, turning fragmented financial and client data into actionable advisory output and automated workflows. /p pWe are practitioner-founded and building for an industry where AI has the potential to fundamentally change how financial professionals work. /p h3THE ROLE /h3 pYou will design and build the reasoning layer of our platform: LLM-driven agentic systems that turn complex data and context into reliable, high-quality outputs. /p pThis is a hands-on role with broad ownership across AI, backend and product. You will work closely with the CTO and founders, from early experiments through production deployment. /p h3WHAT YOU'LL DO /h3 ul liBuild agentic systems in production.

Develop orchestration, context engineering, retrieval and structured extraction pipelines across financial and client data, from concept to deployment. /li liBuild our evaluation and observability infrastructure. Develop evaluation frameworks, regression suites and tracing to measure reasoning quality and understand how changes affect the system. /li liDesign for reliability. Test where probabilistic AI meets deterministic logic, identify failure cases and turn them into automated tests. /li liOwn what you ship. Take responsibility from architecture and implementation through deployment, monitoring and iteration. /li liTurn user needs into working systems. Work directly with early users and translate real-world financial workflows into technical solutions. /li liHelp shape the engineering foundation.

Contribute to our architecture, technical roadmap and future engineering team. /li /ul h3WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR /h3 h3Must have /h3 ul liStrong software engineering fundamentals, strong programming and applied data science skills. /li liExperience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production. /li liStrong understanding of agentic systems, context engineering and LLM evaluation. /li liCloud deployment experience and operational ownership of production systems. /li liAbility to take complex problems from ambiguity to production with a high degree of autonomy. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liStrong product instincts and an eye for UI/UX. /li liExperience as an early engineer at a startup or AI-native company. /li liExperience building systems where accuracy, traceability and reliability matter. /li liAI/ML research, open-source contributions or technical work you can point
