AI Engineer

Responsibilities

Turn user needs and product ideas into robust, well-crafted code and prompts for an AI meeting note platform Iterate quickly using direct user feedback and analytics Improve product metrics Work with founders and the team to define, experiment with, and improve the user experience Help ensure a robust, reliable, and exceptional user experience Shape the product and technology as a core team member

Requirements

• Strong product mindset and deep care for user experience

• Experience with optimizing ML/AI pipelines, MLOps, and prompt engineering

• Experience building and shipping software

• 2+ years of development experience preferred

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies

• Willingness to work from the Berlin Mitte office several days a week
