A track record of leveling up non‑technical teams on new tooling. Turn manual, repetitive workflows into reliable agents, and own their quality, cost, and reliability.
Qualifications You build with LLMs and agents in production today, not in demos. You’ve shipped and owned real systems, including their reliability, cost, and quality. You currently lead or mentor engineers somewhere strong. You want frontier work and real ownership without quitting your job to get it.
Nice to have: Experience standing up AI tooling or an AI function inside a company. A strong academic record from a top university. Work in or alongside mission‑driven sectors (nonprofit, education, healthcare, associations). #J-18808-Ljbffr
