AI Engineer – Generative AI, Automation

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions to optimize operational processes.

• Build and enhance end-to-end AI solutions.

• Utilize Generative AI, LLMs and AI copilots for innovative business applications.

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases together with stakeholders.

• Ensure governance and data protection requirements in accordance with GDPR and the EU AI Act.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering.

• Excellent German and English language skills.

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern AI frameworks.

• Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, prompt engineering, and cloud technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure).

• Strong communication skills to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
