Collaborate with product and engineering, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and grow AI competency across the team. Strong software engineering fundamentals: writing well-structured application code (not just notebooks or scripts) with modern development practices.
Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, and OpenAI APIs. Responsibilities Design, develop and deliver AI-powered features end-to-end: from proof of concept to production on our Partner's stack (Angular, Node/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Azure).
Evaluate and integrate AI/ML services, APIs, and open-source models to solve real customer problems (document processing, root-cause analysis, ERP/MES integrations). Build and maintain eval frameworks to ensure AI outputs meet quality, reliability, and safety standards.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with proven hands-on AI/ML experience (e.g. LLM integration, data pipelines, ML model deployment). Familiarity with TypeScript and web frameworks. The ability to move fast from proof of concept to production, with an experimental yet methodical approach.
Strong conceptual thinking — able to connect the dots and communicate technical trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Professional proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken). #J-18808-Ljbffr
