You'll work on the systems that help companies tell their story to the right talent, at the right moment, in the right voice. That means real product impact, from day one. Responsibilities Build the agents that power our product, including LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and multimodal generation of text, image, and video.
Transform raw brand inputs into employer branding journeys, creating workflows that turn messy customer inputs into cohesive, compelling campaigns. Ensure the right message reaches the right person through persona recognition, audience targeting, and the use of structured and unstructured data.
Ship models to production, collaborating with product and platform engineers to integrate them into user-facing features used by real clients daily. Close the loop by analyzing live metrics and customer feedback to continuously refine output quality, focusing on what works in practice rather than only on evaluation metrics.
