Responsibilities Build the agents that power our product, including LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, and multimodal generation of text, image, and video. Transform raw brand inputs into employer branding journeys, creating workflows that turn messy customer inputs into cohesive, compelling campaigns.
Ensure the right message reaches the right person through persona recognition, audience targeting, and the use of structured and unstructured data. Ship models to production, collaborating with product and platform engineers to integrate them into user-facing features used by real clients daily.
Close the loop by analyzing live metrics and customer feedback to continuously refine output quality, focusing on what works in practice rather than only on evaluation metrics. Nice to have German language skills. Personal AI projects such as bots, tools, or automations. Genuine interest in AI, design tooling, and HR tech.
Qualifications Background in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent hands‑on experience; emphasis is on built work rather than educational institution. Passion for turning complex AI concepts into usable tools, particularly at the intersection of language, design, and user experience.
Comfortable in fast‑moving environments, able to work with ambiguous requirements and self‑direct what to ship. Collaborative mindset: eager to work closely with engineers, designers, and founders, not in isolation. Ownership: take responsibility for your work, even when it is challenging, and see projects through to completion.
Advocacy for collaboration over silos and willingness to question the status quo to shape what "good" looks like. Energy derived from momentum and progress rather than routine.
