Min. 5 years in AI/ML development, with strong exposure to agent-based systems or reinforcement learning, having designed, evaluated, deployed, and monitored such applications. Proficiency in key programming languages and APIs such as Python, JavaScript, Angular/Vue, C/C++, PyTorch. Experience developing web-based front-ends.

Understanding of cloud platforms and MLOps for scalable AI deployment. Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and data pipelines is a plus. Experience with LLM pre-training is optional, but a significant advantage. Strong communication skills and ability to easily work in a dynamic cross-functional environment.

Strong ability to be flexible with evolving requirements and onboard latest technologies and models. Fluent verbal and written communication in English, German is a plus. Why you should work for KLA KLA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

The Dresden office is located in the city center with a great view from the terrace and a perfect transport connection and infrastructure. You can flexibly choose, if you spend 5 days of the week in the KLA office, or work up to 2 days from home. You will receive a permanent employment contract, with flexible working hours.
