WHY YOU Experience: min. 1 year of professional experience in software/product engineering with a proven track record of shipping end-to-end products (being a former founder or early engineer at a start up who built a product from scratch is a big plus!). Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and in building full stack applications (experience with TypeScript and Terraform are a plus). Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure. AI Native: Experienced in building LLM powered workflows using common LLM APIs Engineering Mindset: You don t just build what s on the ticket.
