Your main responsibilities Data & Analytics Engineering (Primary Focus): Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using dbt, SQL, and modern data stack tools Develop robust data models and transformations for analytics, reporting, and machine learning workflows Implement comprehensive data quality frameworks and monitoring using tools like Great Expectations Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions Lead the operation and enhancement of our internal analytics platform for data-driven decision-making Design and implement data validation, testing, and documentation standards Platform Engineering Growth Path: Learn and contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for automating infrastructure provisioning Gradually take ownership of data infrastructure optimization and scaling Support the enhancement of orchestration tools such as Flyte and Airflow within our data ecosystem Develop internal development tools to support data and engineering teams Participate in open-source projects, contributing to the broader data engineering community Collaborate with client teams, including CV, NLP, and Fullstack, to deliver data-driven solutions Your profile The ideal candidate is passionate about data engineering and analytics, with curiosity about broader infrastructure challenges.
