Das ist der Job
Make Snowflake the home for agents’ data, handling both operational data and, in the long term, ontological knowledge.
Darum lohnt es sich
About the Job You’ll be part of the AI Platform Team, which is currently forming within our DXP team (Developer Experience Platform). The team is small, senior‑led, and close to our existing platform expertise.
Your role is to build the path that takes AI into production—from prototype to productive application—so that AI can be deployed, observed, and secured in operations.
Responsibilities Build the bridge from “sketched out with Claude in Python” to “running—observed and secured—in operations.” Select and integrate components such as an LLM gateway, container runtime, workflow and agent orchestration, observability, and cost tracking.
Provide backend integration via API and MCP, secured through gateways and a CLI where appropriate. Enable end‑to‑end observability, including prompt and tool‑use telemetry, cost monitoring, evaluations, and lineage from user action to effect in the core system.
Implement security as a platform feature: machine identities, permissions for agents, guardrails against prompt injection, secret management, and audit trails. Qualifications Experience as a software or platform engineer. Hands‑on experience with AWS and data engineering, ideally with Snowflake.
Experience running LLM‑based applications in production or close support for them. Understanding of agents: tool‑use, context engineering, evaluation, and observability. Strong agency and the ability to make decisions and explain reasoning clearly. Daily use of AI in your own work.
What We’re Not Looking For Pure data scientists or exclusively ML engineers. Pure DevOps engineers. Java developers who only want to dabble in AI. Inclusion and Diversity Inclusion and social diversity are firmly anchored values in our corporate culture.
Regardless of gender, age, disability, religion, ethnic origin or sexual identity, we look forward to meeting you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
