Why you * Experience: 2 - 4 years of professional experience in software/product engineering with a proven track record of shipping end-to-end products (being a former founder or early engineer at a start up who built a product from scratch is a big plus!). * Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and in building full stack applications (experience with TypeScript and Terraform are a plus).
Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure. * AI Native: Experienced in building LLM powered workflows using common LLM APIs * Engineering Mindset: You don't just "build what's on the ticket." You think about why something needs to exist, who it serves, and how it fits into the broader Unum vision. Why ML6 Less talking, more doing.
