Your Responsibilities – Shaping the Future Together Translate complex business challenges into scalable data and AI products, guiding them from ideation to implementation. Use cases span pricing intelligence, sales rep activity planning and shop assortment optimization.
Collaborate closely with business experts, data scientists, and engineers, applying agile methodologies to build high-quality solutions. Work with external partners and third parties, including organizations like IPAI or UnternehmerTUM, to extend Würth’s AI capabilities and unlock new value.
Contribute your expertise to a culture of curiosity, continuous learning, integrity, and mutual responsibility. Ihr Profil – gemeinsam wachsen: Your Profile – Growing Together Master's degree in a quantitative field, (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or related field).
At least two to three years of professional experience as an AI product owner. Solid understanding of data preparation, modelling, analysis and visualization techniques. Hands-on experience with big data technologies, SQL, Python and visualization tools such as PowerBI.
Foundational understanding of MLOps, DevOps or software engineering principles is a plus. Excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical thinking and high affinity for data. Proactive, curious mindset with a passion for innovation. Fluency in English.
German language skills is a bonus. Type of contract: Permanent full-time position. Holidays: 30 holidays, plus special leave for certain private occasions.
