Tasks You define and develop AI product visions and roadmaps in close alignment with corporate objectives You translate strategic goals and operational requirements into clear, actionable product requirements and align stakeholders from Business, Data Science and Engineering You take end-to-end responsibility for AI solutions - from discovery through delivery to lifecycle management - and ensure measurable business impact You manage agile product development in Scrum or Kanban setups, including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives You ensure that AI solutions meet quality standards, regulatory requirements and ethical AI principles You shape the technical direction of AI solutions, evaluate architecture options and make informed trade‑off decisions between performance, scalability, compliance and time‑to‑market Exciting insights into Rohde & Schwarz Daily adventures and challenges Our passionate team The technologies behind the innovative projects and solutions Qualifications You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field - a Product Owner certification is an advantage You bring several years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Project Manager, ideally in the field of AI/ML-driven products You have a solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts and architectures as well as proven experience in agile development environments You translate complex business requirements into actionable product requirements and convince through excellent stakeholder management skills You are characterized by teamwork, strong communication skills, solution orientation, analytical thinking and personal responsibility Very good German and English skills (written and spoken) round off your profile Contact and further information We welcome your application!
