The role We are seeking an AI Product Support Specialist to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring that configuration guides are easy for client teams to follow. Translate technical issues into plain English for finance teams who may not have a deep background in AI or data science.

Our team is small, remote, and highly specialized. They bring real-world experience to every project rather than using a client engagement as a training ground for junior staff. We believe in transparency and predictability.

Our goal is to hand over a system that works reliably and then step back, ensuring the company has the training and configuration guides needed to remain independent. This is an entry-level position designed for someone who is comfortable with technology and wants to understand how AI interacts with enterprise data systems.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients using our integrated AI tools. The work is fully remote, allowing you to collaborate with our senior consultants from any location while supporting businesses across various industries.

Your primary goal is to ensure that our clients have a smooth experience after we finish a configuration. You will analyze support tickets, identify why a specific AI output might feel off to a user, and help bridge the gap between complex data and clear answers.

This is not a call-center role: it is a technical support position that requires a careful eye for detail and a commitment to helping users find the truth in their data. What you will do Monitor and respond to support requests from clients using our AI-assisted reporting and performance management tools.

Investigate data discrepancies to determine if an issue stems from the underlying configuration, the AI model, or the source data. Collaborate with senior consultants to resolve complex technical hurdles and ensure clients maintain a single source of truth.

Assist in the handover process by preparing training materials that help clients remain independent. Test new AI features and configurations before they are deployed to ensure they meet our standards for clean data and reliability. Track recurring issues and suggest improvements to our support workflows to make them more efficient.

What we need from you A high school diploma or equivalent: a degree in business, IT, or a related field is helpful but not required for this entry-level role. Basic familiarity with AI concepts or a strong curiosity about how large language models and data tools function in a professional setting.

Strong writing skills with a focus on creating clear, concise documentation and professional emails. Proficiency with spreadsheets like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, specifically how to organize and view data sets. A logical approach to problem-solving and the ability to work through a technical issue step by step.

The ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing your own tasks and priorities. Comfort with admitting when you do not know an answer and the persistence to research the solution.
