As the AI Specialist for Sales & Marketing in our B2B company, you will be responsible for leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to optimize our sales and marketing strategies, drive customer engagement, and enhance business growth.

Your expertise in AI applications will play a crucial role in analyzing data, predicting customer behavior, and personalizing marketing efforts to maximize effectiveness and ROI.

Key Responsibilities : AI Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy for sales and marketing, identifying opportunities to leverage AI technologies to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.

Data Analysis and Modeling: Utilize AI and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets, extract actionable insights, and develop predictive models for customer behavior, lead scoring, and sales forecasting.

Personalization and Targeting: Implement AI-powered personalization techniques to tailor marketing messages, content, and offers to individual customer preferences and behaviors, increasing relevance and conversion rates.

Marketing Automation: Implement AI-driven marketing automation solutions to streamline marketing workflows, optimize campaign performance, and deliver personalized content at scale across various channels.

Customer Segmentation: Develop AI-driven customer segmentation strategies based on behavioral and demographic data, enabling targeted marketing campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives.

Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize AI-driven sales and marketing initiatives, analyzing performance metrics and iterating on strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques to sales and marketing functions, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of AI algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis tools, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

Experience with AI-powered sales and marketing platforms and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, and predictive analytics tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business impact and continuous improvement through AI-driven initiatives.
