You’ll identify opportunities, shape AI initiatives, and ensure they translate into measurable improvements. From guiding high-impact projects to steering our overall AI strategy, you make sure investments deliver both operational and strategic value. Why BizLik? You’ll lead projects that truly transform processes, influence strategy, and drive measurable results across the organization. Join us to innovate, lead, and make a difference. Your Tasks Lead AI Strategy: Develop and refine a holistic, company-wide AI strategy aligned with business goals.

Discover Opportunities: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across departments. Transform Processes: Analyze current workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and design AI-enabled "to-be" processes using BPM tools like SAP Signavio or Celonis.

Manage AI Portfolio: Build and govern a structured portfolio, translating strategic decisions into actionable initiatives. Ensure Compliance: Work with Legal and IT Security to guarantee AI solutions meet ethical and regulatory standards, including the EU AI Act. Guide Change: Lead cultural and operational shifts needed for successful AI adoption.

Your Profile Proven experience in strategy, digital transformation, or consulting, with a track record of delivering actionable roadmaps. Strong knowledge of AI technologies (Generative AI, NLP, RPA) and their business applications. Expertise in BPM, process modeling, and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0).

Exceptional analytical skills to quantify process improvements and build business cases. Skilled in translating complex requirements into clear technical specifications. Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, able to engage stakeholders at all levels. Fluent in English; German is a plus.
