The AI Strategy Specialist plays a key role in operationalizing and scaling SCHOTT Pharma's AI Strategy across the organization.

As part of the AI Strategy team, the role supports the implementation of the AI roadmap, ensuring the successful adoption, governance, and value realization of AI initiatives. The role contributes to building a professional AI maturity across SCHOTT Pharma by enabling responsible, scalable, and business-driven AI adoption.

Your ContributionDrive SCHOTT Pharma’s AI Change & Enablement roadmap and coordinate the global AI Spoke networkDesign and deliver AI training programs, workshops, roadshows, and communication initiativesFoster responsible AI adoption and grow the Citizen Developer community across the organizationDevelop AI prototypes and low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot StudioSupport and continuously improve the AI governance framework, policies, standards, and review processesConduct AI use case assessments, risk classifications, and governance reviews in line with the EU AI Act, Responsible AI principles, and applicable GMP/GxP requirementsManage the AI idea portfolio from intake to prioritization and facilitate stakeholder discovery sessionsAct as a trusted advisor and collaborate closely with business functions, IT, OT, Compliance, Legal, Quality, and other key

stakeholders to drive successful AI adoption and implementationYour ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data & Analytics, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or a related fieldExperience in AI, Digital Transformation, Innovation, Process Excellence, or comparable business transformation environmentsPractical understanding of AI governance, risk management, compliance requirements, and Responsible AI principlesHands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio technologies; experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, is an advantage.
