As an integrated part of Boston Consulting Group, we work with BCG and our clients to turn digital visions into reality. /p h3Shape the world of tomorrow /h3 ul liYou will shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies, ensuring their success by evaluating our clients' digital capabilities and performing feasibility studies. /li liYou will manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establish modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD, and be responsible for the technical implementation of crucial digital requirements such as cyber resilience. /li liYou will analyze, develop, and optimize cutting-edge, customized IT architectures while applying your comprehensive understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions, and current market developments and trends such as cloud computing and microservices. /li liYou will design and evolve AI-enabled

IT architectures and integrate AI capabilities into client solutions. /li /ul h3This Is How You Can Make a Difference /h3 ul liYou have a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline. /li liYou have at least two years of relevant experience in IT Consulting or software development. /li liYou know that modern tools such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics aren't just buzzwords, but essential to sustainable IT architectures. /li liYou have initial hands‑on experience with AI tools or AI-integrated architectures and are motivated to further develop your skills in practice. /li liYou have broad technical expertise and interest in technology trends. /li liYou feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are flexible and willing to travel. /li liYou are good at understanding and
