As an integrated part of Boston Consulting Group, we work with BCG and our clients to turn digital visions into reality. /p h3Shape the world of tomorrow /h3 ul liYou design the digital transformation of globally successful companies, ensuring success by evaluating the customer's digital capabilities and feasibility studies /li liYou analyze, develop and optimize state‑of‑the‑art IT architectures, using your comprehensive understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions and current market developments and trends, such as cloud or microservices /li liYou control small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establish modern approaches such as DevOps and CI/CD and are responsible for the technical implementation of significant digital requirements such as cyber resilience /li liYou’ll work in an AI‑enabled environment – leveraging AI tools on client projects and supporting our clients in building their own AI capabilities /li /ul h3This Is How You Can Make a Difference /h3 ul liYou have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics or a related course /li liYou have already gained at least two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development /li liIdeally, you have industry‑specific knowledge or (project) experience in the banking, insurance or healthcare sector /li liModern concepts such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI and robotics are not buzzwords for you, but the right tools for future‑oriented IT architectures /li liYou have initial hands‑on experience working with AI tools and are eager to deepen your AI fluency in a professional context /li liYou bring extensive technical expertise and an interest in technology trends /li liYou feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are flexible and willing to travel /li liYou can confidently understand and communicate complex issues in German and English /li /ul h3How You Can Grow With Us /h3 pWe guarantee constant new development incentives in an open and rewarding work environment.
