This means: /ppBuilding our living semantic digital twin - creating persistent, evolving context that powers comprehensive understanding of enterprise environments /ppEvolving our orchestration engine - translating high-level security objectives into concrete, executable test plans and intelligently routing execution /ppDeveloping our adaptive reporting system - creating visually adaptive dashboards that synthesize context with technical findings to deliver actionable insights from engineer to board /ppBuild AI features that work reliably in production - well-tested, maintainable, and ready for real-world use /ppDrive continuous innovation by exploring new LLM capabilities to keep our platform at the cutting edge /ph3Own your impact end-to-end /h3pYou'll work in cross-functional teams with full domain ownership: /ppDrive projects from ideation through production: prototype fast, validate assumptions, learn from real usage, and scale what works /ppPartner with other engineers, product, and stakeholders to solve customer security testing challenges through technical innovation /ppBuild and maintain backend systems, AI pipelines, and integrations that power our platform /ppBalance rapid 0→1 iteration with the discipline needed for production-grade systems /ppShip meaningful contributions within your first two weeks, then take on increasingly complex challenges /ph3What You Bring /h3h3Must-haves /h3pExperience with C# and .NET Core or proven ability to learn a new programming language quickly /ppPassionate about applying AI to solve meaningful, real-world problems. /ppYou’ve shipped and maintained AI/ML systems, not just built prototypes, and ideally in multiple domains /ppStrong experience with building software around LLMs: prompting, agentic orchestration, fault-tolerance, and integration of LLM parts with deterministic code. /ppSolid understanding of AI safety and alignment principles, including responsible AI development, bias mitigation, and ethical AI practices /ppExperience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry or AWS Bedrock /ppStrong skills in structured and independently-driven problem-solving.

Now we need an Applied AI Engineer to architect the intelligence layer that makes it real. /ppYou'll own the AI capabilities that define how our platform thinks: memory systems that maintain context, orchestration logic that translates intent into action, and adaptive interfaces that serve every audience.

Able to work with incomplete information and rapidly testing hypotheses /ppYou’re able to leverage AI Developer tools such as Copilot or Claude in your daily workflow /ppBSc or higher in computer science, cybersecurity math, physics or other related engineering field /ph3Strong signals /h3pExperience in cybersecurity or related industries /ppExperience in a growth stage startup and comfort with ambiguity /ppPrior development experience within large-scale or multi-tenant SaaS applications. /ppExperience with Durable Execution (Durable Functions, Prefect, Temporal) /ppBuilt AI-native interfaces using MCP apps, CopilotKit, AG-UI, or similar frameworks /ppFamiliarity with frameworks like Agent Framework, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel for agentic orchestration /ppExperience in secure tool usage, and (human) feedback loops for autonomous agents /ppComprehensive understanding of various database technologies, including relational and non-relational systems /ppFamiliarity with Azure services and deployment practices /ppFamiliarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure best practices /ph3Reporting Compensation /h3pstrongReports to: /strong CTO /ppstrongCompensation: /strong Competitive base + ESOP, aligned with seniority and impact /ph3Why This Role /h3pWe've built the foundation - a security testing platform with a proven orchestration engine, customer traction, and a clear product vision.
