This position offers remote work.
However, employees located within a 50‑mile radius of the Deerfield, IL office are expected to work on-site four days per week, with one remote workday. Standard business hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM, with flexible start times.
Job Responsibilities Implement statistical language models, computational frameworks to process massive volumes of data, and engineer prototypes in a programming language (examples: Python, Java, R). Recognize pertinent language patterns and conversational content that lead to business value.
Analyze recorded audio and audio‑based data sets for critical insights. Capture combinations of keywords & phrases within the system for optimal configuration performance.
