VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Associate, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence to join our BI implementation team based in Stabio, Switzerland.Let’s talk about the role!We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our EMEA Business Intelligence team.This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of data analytics and business intelligence who is eager to grow their technical and functional skills in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will support the maintenance and enhancement of Data & Analytics solutions while working closely with senior team members and business stakeholders.How You Will Make A DifferenceSupport the development and maintenance of ETL processes using tools such as SAP BODS, SQL Server, and Visual StudioHands on SQL, SAP HANA, Databricks, Power BI, Genie AI, IBM CognosHelp monitor and maintain existing data solutions and pipelinesParticipate in the analysis of current BI and analytics platforms to identify improvement opportunitiesContribute to technical and functional documentation for Data initiatives and migration projectsWork with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and support the delivery of BI solutionsMonitor scheduled jobs and escalate issues when necessarySupport implementation and adoption of Data AI solutionsSupport cloud migration initiativesSkills for SuccessGood knowledge of SQL and relational databasesFamiliarity with data warehousing and ETL conceptsExposure to SAP HANA, SAP BODS, SQL Server, Databricks, Power BI or similar technologies is considered a plusFamiliarity with Cognitive AI concept and productsAbility to document processes and technical solutions clearly and accuratelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to understand business processes and translate business requirements into scalable technology and data solutionsGood attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologiesEffective communication, teamwork and proactiveness skillsEnglish fluency, both written and spoken, is mandatoryPreferred qualificationsAcademic background in scientific or quantitative disciplines is mandatoryUp to 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, preferably within multinational and international business environments.Experience through internships, academic projects, or professional roles involving data analysis or reportingAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAgile methodologyAbout VFVF is a global apparel company connecting people to the lifestyles they cherish through our family of iconic brands.
