Задачи
- Design and grow the internal AI platform for automations, agents, and integrations with corporate systems, considering security and cost;
- Make and defend key technical decisions while balancing speed and technical debt;
- Build core platform components;
- Grow the engineering team by setting standards, running code reviews, and integrating AI into the team’s day-to-day work.
Требования
- Strong backend engineering background, including APIs, services, queues, storage, integrations, and production infrastructure;
- Proven end-to-end ownership of complex systems, from choosing an approach and breaking it down to production delivery and iteration;
- Hands-on experience with LLM/AI systems, including RAG, tooling, agents, evaluation, model limitations, cost, quality, and reliability of AI-driven scenarios;
- Solid understanding of platform constraints, including SSO, roles and permissions, data isolation, auditing, secrets management, security, and maintainability;
- Willingness to write code, build key platform components, and review teammates’ work;
- Technical leadership experience, including setting engineering standards, breaking down tasks, and mentoring engineers;
- Pragmatic approach to identifying MVPs, testing hypotheses quickly, managing technical debt, and iterating;
- Ability to explain complex trade-offs in plain language and help teams make difficult decisions under uncertainty;
- Nice to have: experience building internal platforms, deploying local models and fine-tuning, hiring and growing a small engineering team.
