Primary focus will be on outbound prospecting - cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and creating opportunities from scratch for our two HR Tech AI Agents - Nina our Resourcing Solution and Trace our Onboarding Solution.
Researching, writing, calling and sequencing with intent rather than volume for its own sake Qualifying inbound leads into real pipeline. Fast triage, sharp discovery, clean handoff or close Closing SME deals yourself. Demo, commercials, objection handling, contract.
Territory plan, account tiering, weekly pipeline reviews with your manager Building a real point of view on the market. You will understand where legacy screening falls short and be able to have a credible commercial conversation with a Head of Talent Keeping the commercial engine clean.
Accurate Salesforce data, tight notes and honest forecasts Working alongside AEs on enterprise cycles so you learn the motion by doing parts of it Requirements Experience: 1-4 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or a similar outbound lead generation role or full sale
