We handle diverse, multi-modal datasets—from wet-lab assays to clinical samples—requiring high-performance pipelines and secure cloud environments.
As Bioinformatics Data Engineer, you will design and maintain bioinformatics pipelines, integrate them in AWS infrastructure, and ensure data processing from raw sequences to clinically meaningful output.
You’ll work closely with computational biologists, research scientists and software developers to build a production-grade infrastructure for cutting-edge oncology diagnostics. Manage large-scale single-cell datasets using workflow management systems. Build, maintain, and evolve AWS-based infrastructure.
