Overview
Partner with operations, finance, and leadership teams to understand business needs and operational challenges. Document workflows, reporting requirements, and operational procedures. Support project tracking, financial reporting, and operational performance reviews.
Collect, validate, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems and sources. Identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and performance opportunities. Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support strategic decision-making. Develop meaningful KPIs and operational metrics.
Translate complex data into clear recommendations for business stakeholders. Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Workspace, or similar tools. Support reporting automation and recurring data processes. Improve data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems.
Assist in developing predictive insights related to project performance, cost management, workforce planning, and operational efficiency. Work closely with field operations, project managers, finance, and executive leadership. Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
