Our government client is looking to contract a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, the position will be responsible for creating a consolidated workforce dashboard that integrates key HCM data metrics to help Human Resources (HR) and management teams across the public sector make data-driven decisions for strategic workforce planning.
This role will also involve producing technical and business documentation in support of the work, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, gather feedback, and implement solutions aligned with strategic decisions.
Collaboration with team members will be key to implementing data visualization enhancements on existing dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to ensure alignment with business objectives and data reporting requirements, including collaboration with both technical and non-technical resources.
