Use local stakeholder network to surface and develop business requirements Be the ‘on the ground’ face of the EMEA Analytics team Develop reports based on data analysis and provide recommendations for action. Manage team of local / remote BI specialists allocated to the country.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business intelligence strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. In particular, meet regularly with a delegate of the Country Exco to discuss progress and priorities. Deploy locally global and regional projects to ensure processes consistency and efficiency.
Meet regularly with other BI leaders across EMEA to ensure consistency of approach and to share ideas. In addition to Country responsibilities, be responsible for an EMEA Sector or Service responsibility, driving consistency and best practice across the region. Attend client pitches and meetings as needed.
Provide training on new business intelligence tools and technologies to users within the organization. Create policies
