We are looking for a new team member to join the Fabasoft Crew at our Bern office. You work in a motivated Scrum team with a strong focus on excellent code quality.

Your Profile a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification (University of Applied Sciences, University, Higher Technical College, or equivalent), ideally with 2–3 years of experience in software development. a good knowledge of object-oriented programming, ideally Java. a high level of self-motivation, a passion for learning, and the ambition to grow into a Senior Software Developer role. the ambition to learn new technologies and design and implement software solution from concept to deployment. enjoyment of teamwork, curiosity, reliability, and excellent German language skills complete your profile.

Your Mission Your main responsibility is the (further) development of «Fabasoft OneGov», our business administration solution, and «Fabasoft Boards», our meeting management solution—from design and concept through implementation to deployment.

You implement forward-looking AI use cases based on Mindbreeze AI and develop Agentic AI workflows that actively support and automate business processes. You contribute fresh ideas, think proactively, and take ownership of your work.

Learn Fabasoft’s domain-specific language (DSL), based on familiar concepts from Java and similar programming languages, to build high-performance solutions on our existing cloud infrastructure. Contact Magdalena Kaiser People
