Main Responsibilities
As a Consulting Manager (m/f/d) Data & AI Strategy , you will act as a trusted sparring partner to executives, steer complex transformation programs across functions, and drive organizational change at scale.
Lead AI Transformation Programs: Steer end-to-end execution - from a focused 6-week engagement with a 500-person Mittelstand manufacturer to multi-phase transformations with large enterprises. You will identify internal champions, manage blockers, and drive measurable adoption and organizational change.
Strategy & AI Use Case Scoping: Work closely with C-level stakeholders to answer high-stakes questions: How can AI reshape their business models?
