Customer Service Process & AI Specialist

• Analyze and optimize global customer service processes

• Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and the use of artificial intelligence

Requirements

• Degree in business information systems, data science, AI, digital business, or a comparable qualification

• Understanding of customer service, sales back-office, and business processes

• Interest in AI, digitalization, automation, and process optimization

• Experience with SAP, CRM systems, and digital tools

• Analytical and structured approach to work, combined with strong problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of process analysis, data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis

• Strong communication skills and experience facilitating workshops, delivering training, and collaborating with international teams

• Very good command of German and English
