We are looking for a Data Analytics Contractor to join a high-impact data transformation programme.

You'll play a key role in modernising our analytics platform, helping migrate and enhance a large portfolio of Power BI dashboards while working with the latest Microsoft data technologies. What You'll Be Doing Deliver Power BI dashboard migration and modernisation projects. Work within Microsoft Fabric to deliver modern analytics solutions.
Collaborate with product teams to migrate and enhance 40–50 business-critical dashboards. Support the implementation of modern BI architecture and analytics capabilities.
We're Looking for Two Types of Specialists You’ll ideally have experience with: DBT SQL Data transformation and modelling Microsoft Fabric Option 2 – Power BI & Fabric Specialist You’ll ideally have experience with: Power BI development and modelling Microsoft Fabric Dashboard migration and modernisation Semantic models Tabular Editor Performance optimisation Commercial experience with Power BI Experience working within Microsoft Fabric Experience delivering dashboard migration or BI modernisation projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced delivery environment DBT Tabular Editor Unity Catalog End-to-end experience across modern Microsoft data platforms What We're Looking For We’re not looking for unicorns—we’re looking for experienced professionals who can deliver.

Build and maintain scalable data transformation pipelines using DBT where applicable.
Ensure data quality, performance and best practices across reporting solutions. You don’t need experience across every technology listed above. If you’re particularly strong in either DBT and data engineering or Power BI, Fabric and reporting, we’d still love to hear from you.
This is a fast-paced project where practical delivery experience, collaboration and the ability to hit the ground running are more important than ticking every box.
