ComputerCare is looking for a data-focused Analyst to help build and scale our data capabilities.

In this role, you’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights. This role offers hands-on experience with business operations, technology, and data systems, while showing how data supports engineering, operations, and customer outcomes.
You’ll assist with reporting, dashboard creation, data quality initiatives, and analysis that improves inventory management, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys data, wants to develop technical skills, and is excited to learn how analytics support operational excellence and engineering-focused environments. Responsibilities Understand the Architecture: Maintain, optimize, and scale our Snowflake data warehouse and ETL/ELT pipelines.
Expand Integrations: Connect new and existing data sources (NetSuite, Jira, custom portals, etc.) ensuring robust, clean, and reliable data ingestion. Drive Business Intelligence: Own our BI layer (currently utilizing HEX), with the opportunity to evaluate and migrate to tools like Tableau or Looker as we scale.
