Responsibilities Develop, maintain and continuously optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor operational and customer-related KPIs Analyze air freight processes across the entire transport lifecycle and identify opportunities for improvement Analyze large datasets from various internal and external systems using SQL and BI tools Produce performance analyses on topics such as on-time performance, transit times, SLA compliance and exceptions Support the EMEIA Control Tower in data-driven decision making and proactive management of critical shipments Perform root-cause analyses to identify operational bottlenecks and recurring issues Prepare and present regular performance reviews for internal stakeholders and international customers Develop customer-specific KPI reports and management dashboards Ensure high data quality and identify and resolve data inconsistencies Work closely with Operations, IT, Business Intelligence, Account Management and international Control Tower teams Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations Requirements Degree in Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a comparable qualification Entry-level to several years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Sup
