Job Description Lead the design and development of advanced data models in Tabular and/or Databricks to address company-wide HR analytical needs, including models supporting workforce planning, headcount forecasting, retention analysis, and organizational effectiveness.
Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards that surface key HR and people KPIs (e.g., hiring, attrition, engagement, performance), enabling real-time insights into workforce dynamics.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across HR such as Talent Acquisition, HR Service, and HR Business Partnering to align analytics with strategic workforce and organizational objectives.
Conduct in-depth people and operational data analysis, identifying trends (e.g., attrition drivers, hiring funnel performance), tracking deviations, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to support leadership.
Enhance decision-making processes across the organization by transforming complex people data into compelling narratives tailored to HR and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
About you:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, HR Analytics, or a related field. 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant, ideally with exposure to HR, People Analytics, or workforce-related data environment
