Investigate user interactions and optimize reward mechanics, SDK integrations, the user funnel, traffic engagement, and reward consistency Build and maintain dashboards, alerting systems, and data pipelines for monitoring platform performance Analyze product performance and deliver real-time insights to stakeholders Design experiments, calculate sample sizes, apply variance reduction techniques, and analyze A/B/n tests Monitor experiment guardrail metrics and identify unexpected shifts in experiment data Build automated experiment reporting dashboards, reusable analytical frameworks, and data visibility solutions Translate statistical results into actionable recommendations for product managers, engineers, and growth leads Support executive decision-making with data and analysis Own projects affecting 770 million users and help advance adtech Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn

Требования

• 5+ Years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Strong SQL and Python skills, including complex queries, big data optimization, and analysis pipelines
• Deep experience designing experiments, calculating sample sizes, applying variance reduction techniques, and analyzing A/B/n tests
• Strong understanding of hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, p-values, power analysis, and Bayesian and Frequentist approaches
• Experience with anomaly detection algorithms, distribution analysis, and cross-population comparison
• Understanding of end-to-end telemetry and feature flagging systems, data flows, event tracking pipelines, and architecture tradeoffs
• Ability to explain complex statistical results clearly and make actionable recommendations
