As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will be a key driver of data‑driven decision making within the marketing and digital teams. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions.
Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio. Optimizing marketing KPIs and performance metrics across digital channels. Presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Ensuring data quality and documentation standards are upheld.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing, or a related field. Several years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in a marketing or digital environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, and Tag Manager. Fluency in both German and English.
