- Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards for relevant payment KPIs
- Analyze and interpret payment data across the entire payment journey
- Derive actionable recommendations from data analyses
- Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities related to conversion, costs, and payment performance
- Support pricing and calculation models in the acquiring environment
- Provide data-driven decision support
- Work closely with various departments and support them with well-founded analyses
Requirements
- Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business administration, or a comparable field of study
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a comparable analytical role
- Ideally, experience in the payments, FinTech, or e-commerce sector
- Experience with databases, data warehouses, and statistical analysis
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI
- Experience using modern AI tools to analyze and prepare data
- High level of self-motivation, strong analytical thinking, and a structured approach to work
- Confident communication skills in German and English
